Welcome to a new profession! A marine
surveyor is an impartial, objective representative who is hired to determine the
value, condition, and/or seaworthiness use of a vessel. Marine Surveyors
are usually self-employed, independent contractors who are inspecting vessels
for sale, purchase, insurance, or finance, cargo and salvage/damage.
COURSE OUTLINE:
Approximately 1200 pages in two loose-leaf binders. For the boating
professional: Captain, Crew, Mate, Engineer, Mechanic, Marina Owner,
Adjuster, Investigator, Boat builder. The knowledgeable recreational
boater is eligible also. Expedient, informative, encyclopedic. Blank
